How far in advance should I order my calla lilies?
Please order as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. You can order your calla lily flowers no later than 2 days prior to your desired ship date. If you do have the need of last-minute calla lilies, you can always call us and we will work with you to get your callas to you as quickly as possible.

Can I receive a sample calla lily before placing an order?
To see a sample calla lily during the months of June through September, you can purchase our smallest box consisting of 20 calla lilies. From October through May, the smallest quantity of calla lilies that we can ship to you is our box of 30 calla lily flowers.

How can I place my order?
You can use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card to order from our web site. Credit card information is received via the proven safe and secure SSL encrypted connection. Orders placed on our web site are completely secure. On the order form you must provide us with valid credit card information including billing name and address, type of credit card, card number and expiration date. We do also accept check and money orders but we must receive them no later than 14 days prior to requested shipdate. You may also call in your order at (800) 533 8573 or fax it to (818) 241 5148.

What if I need to make changes to my order?
No problem! Once an order has been placed, any type of changes can be submitted in writing via email. Sorry, but due to logistical reasons we cannot make changes to an order less than 7 days before the delivery date.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We must receive your request at least 1 week (7 days) prior to your requested delivery date and a cancellation fee of $15 will apply. Cancellations received with less than 1 week (7 days) notice prior to delivery date will be charged at 25% of the total order value. Orders that are already dispatched may not be cancelled. All refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.
