Shipping and delivery charges are included our flower pricing. This is so you can
have an immediate view of the precise cost of your wedding flower package. We do not
charge box fees or handling fees or any other suprise end-of-sale costs. (For deliveries
to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada, please contact us to inquire about
shipping surcharges)

We recommend that you schedule your flowers to be delivered at least 3 days prior to your
event, unless otherwise indicated.

We ship with FedEx or DHL Priority Overnight delivery so that your calla lilies can arrive as
fresh as possible. All deliveries should arrive by 5:00pm on the delivery date you specify,
and under most circumstances, flower packages will arrive by 10:30am

Please contact DHL and FedEx to confirm service availability and estimated delivery time
for your area. Fresh flowers are perishable and affected by weather and climate, so we
ask that customers or their representatives be present at time of delivery in order to receive,
inspect and attend to the flowers.

Because all of our flowers are cut per your order and shipped overnight, delivery is not
available on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or FedEx holidays. We are also unable to
ship outside the U.S or Canada. or to a P.O. Box. You may, of course order from outside
the country if shipping to an address within the U.S or Canada.
Pacific Callas cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due
to extreme weather conditions, or recipients unavailable to receive deliveries.
